What counts as an active member?
Someone who can currently get through your door. Frozen, archived and expired members are not counted. When people stop turning up, cancel them from the members screen and your tier drops at the next bill.
What happens after the free month?
We tell you two weeks before it ends, and you pick a tier. Nothing is deleted and nothing auto-charges — there is no card on file to charge.
Do you take a cut of my members' payments?
No. Your members pay you — cash at the desk, card on your own terminal, or a bank transfer — and Enhancer Fitness records which it was. It never sits between you and your money, so unlike most gym software there is no percentage on top.
Does it work in my country?
Yes. Each gym runs in its own currency and time zone, and your members pay you however they already do — cash at the desk, card on your own terminal, or bank transfer. Our bill to you is in US dollars, at the same price everywhere.
Is the mobile app extra?
No. It is included at every tier, including the free month. It is still being built, and the features marked Coming on this page are honest about that.
Why do you need my ID and photos of my gym?
Because this platform holds the names, phone numbers and dates of birth of your members. Verifying that a real gym with a real owner is behind each account is the least we can do about that. We look at the documents, confirm the gym, and do not keep the ID afterwards.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time and in a format you can open — members, payments and check-ins. Your data does not become ours because it is on our server.
Which languages does it work in?
This site is in English, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali. The console itself is English today, with other languages being built in the order our gyms ask for them.
